Account & organization

Typid sign up and identity verification

Sign up & sign in

New organizers create an account through Sign Up. Identity verification (KYC) is a separate step you start from the dashboard afterwards.

  1. Sign up

Go to Sign Up and fill in one form: your organization name and page address, your name, your email, and a password. Agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, then confirm your email with the 6-digit code or the link we send.

    • If that email is already in use, sign in instead.
    • Once your email is confirmed you land on your Dashboard, with your organization already set up.
  2. Sign in

Go to Sign in. On desktop, choose Continue with Email, then enter your login email and password and click Sign in. On a smaller screen the email and password fields are on the first screen. Submit with Continue.

    • You land on your Dashboard. Until your account is verified, a banner at the top shows where your verification stands.

Verify your identity (KYC)

Typid verifies organizers before they can publish events or Public Profiles, sell tickets, add buyers, send emails or request payouts. You can use the rest of the dashboard while you wait. This keeps payouts and ticket sales tied to a real person or registered entity. Review typically takes 3–5 business days.

Start from Verify account on the banner at the top of your dashboard. Your details are encrypted and your documents are stored privately; only the Typid team sees them.

  1. Event Details

    • Event category: Seminars and Workshop, Concert, Sports, Festival, Conference, Community, or Other.
    • Estimated no. of attendees in a year: 0–49, 50–199, 200–499, or 500+.
  2. Organizer Details

Choose a Business type. Required fields change with the type:

    • Individual: permanent address.
    • Sole Proprietorship: DTI registered business name, DTI registration number, business address.
    • Partnership, Corporation, Non-profit organization, or Foundations and Charities: registered legal name, representative role / position, SEC registration number, principal business address.

Every type also needs a Philippine mobile number, BIR TIN (000-000-000-000, with a 3–5 digit branch code), payout account (GCash or bank), and business bank account, and asks whether you're registered with the BIR. If you are, upload your Certificate of Registration (BIR 2303) as a PDF or photo.

Optional on every type: Brand / display name and Website URL.

  3. Documents Upload

IDs must be valid, unexpired, and clearly readable. Upload a Selfie with ID in every case. Photos can be JPG, PNG, or HEIC, up to 10MB each.

    • Primary IDs (one ID plus selfie): Philippine Passport, Driver’s License, SSS ID, GSIS ID, PRC ID, Postal ID, Voter’s ID, UMID, PhilSys National ID, ACR I-Card. Most need front and back; a passport needs the bio / data page only.
    • Secondary IDs require two different secondary IDs, each with the photos that ID type needs, plus a selfie: AFP ID, PNP ID, BFP ID, PWD ID, DSWD Certification, GSIS e-Card, OFW ID, Police Clearance, Seafarer’s Record Book.
  4. Review

Check every section, using Edit to fix any of them, then click Submit verification.

After you submit:

  • Under review: Keep setting up your events. The dashboard banner shows your verification is being reviewed, and we’ll email you once you’re verified.
  • Approved: The banner disappears and everything unlocks.
  • Not approved: The banner shows the reason. Click Update details to fix them and submit again; your previous answers are filled in, but you’ll need to upload your documents again. Email typidapp@gmail.com if you believe this was a mistake.

Create & manage your organization

An organization is your public identity on Typid. You cannot create an event until one exists. Create Event sends you to this setup first. Each account can have one organization.

  1. Create the organization

Click Set up public profile, or open Create Public Profile from the dashboard.

    • Organization Name: shown on your public page and dashboard.
    • URL Slug: becomes your Typid URL (`yourorg.typid.ph`). Must be unique.
    • Description (optional): a short about blurb.

Click Create Public Profile. Typid opens the visual editor. If an organization is already set up, you cannot create another (Your organization is already set up.).

  2. Edit later

In the Public Profile editor, open Settings (Public Profile Settings):

    • Change Organization name and Description.
    • Change Organization URL (the slug). Typid checks availability as you type. Use at least 2 characters: letters, numbers, and hyphens.
    • Connect a custom domain if you have one (DNS must verify before it goes Active).

Save with Public Profile settings saved. The Typid URL is used by your Public Profile and every event page under that organization.

Organization public profile

Your Public Profile is the branded page at yourorg.typid.ph. Visitors see your live events in one place. Open it from the dashboard after the organization exists (org editor).

In the editor you can customize:

  • Navbar: logo, organization name, and navbar background.
  • Hero: headline, subheadline, and banner image. Event tabs use Upcoming and Previous events.
  • Events: published Ticket Booth events from this organization.
  • About: your story and details.
  • Footer: page footer and social links (X, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest).
  1. Preview, publish, and go live

    • Preview: see the page without publishing.
    • Publish: opens Publish Public Profile. Confirm to push the design to your reserved Typid URL (`yourorg.typid.ph`, or a connected custom hostname). Toast: Public Profile published.
    • Live: after the first publish, a Live switch appears. On: Public profile is live (visitors see the page; View Live opens the URL). Off: Public profile is offline, and visitors see Coming Soon.

Publishing the design and turning Live on are separate. Publish saves what visitors will see; Live controls whether the page is public.

Payouts & withdrawals

Ticket money from PayMongo checkout lands on your organization Payouts page. Open Payouts from the dashboard header.

  1. Balances

    • Total Balance: cleared ticket revenue minus approved or sent withdrawals. This is the maximum you can request. There is no minimum withdrawal amount.
    • Next payout: recent ticket payments still clearing. They move to Total Balance every Thursday at 9:00AM Philippine Time.
  2. Add a payout method

On the Payout methods tab, click Add payout method. Choose Bank Transfer, GCash, Maya, or InstaPay, then enter Account name and the account or mobile number. Confirm the details are correct. You need at least one method before you can withdraw (No payout methods yet until you add one).

  3. Request a withdrawal

Click Request Withdrawal on the Total Balance card.

    • Enter the Withdrawal amount and pick a payout method.
    • A flat ₱15 fee is deducted from the amount you request (not per ticket).
    • Agree to the withdrawal and payout terms, then submit. Toast: Withdrawal request submitted.

The request dialog says transfers are typically processed within 1–3 business days after review. Payouts below ₱50,000 are usually processed instantly once requested; ₱50,000 and above wait on that review. Timing can vary with banking schedules.

Track requests on Withdrawal history. Organizer statuses: Pending, Processing, Sent, Declined, Cancelled. You can cancel a Pending or Processing request. Completed transactions lists PayMongo ticket payments.

For the shorter payout checklist, see Get Paid: Payouts & Withdrawals.

Plans & limits

Typid has no monthly subscription. Hosting free events costs nothing. When you sell paid tickets online, a service fee applies at checkout. Full current pricing is on the Pricing page.
