Third-party services used by Typid Events and Typid App

Typid ("we", "our", or "us") uses trusted third-party service providers to operate Typid Events and related services. This page lists the third parties that may process personal data on our behalf, why we use them, and what information may be shared.

1. Supabase
- Purpose
- Database, authentication, and file storage for Typid Events
- Data that may be shared
- Account information, event and order data, uploaded images, and other content you store on the platform

- Payment processing for ticket checkout and organizer payouts

- Order amounts, buyer contact details needed for checkout, and payment status information

- Purpose
- Transactional email delivery

- Email addresses and ticket or order details included in confirmation and notification emails

- Optional sign-in and web fonts used on event pages and ticket designs

- Basic profile information when you choose to sign in with Google; font requests when custom fonts are loaded

- Demo and sales call scheduling

- Name, email address, and scheduling details you provide when booking a demo

Payment methods
When you pay through Typid Events, your payment may be processed by PayMongo and its payment partners (such as GCash, Maya, QR Ph, and card networks). Those partners may collect payment details according to their own privacy policies. Typid does not store full credit or debit card numbers on our servers.
Updates
We may update this list when we add, remove, or change service providers. The effective date at the top of this page will be revised when material changes are made.
