Evaluation & reporting

Evaluation KPIs for revenue, sponsorships, and expenses

Evaluation overview

Open Evaluation from the event side panel. Four KPIs:

  • Ticket Net Revenue: ticket sales from complete orders, at the prices each order was paid at (same ticket revenue as the event Dashboard).
  • Sponsorships: income entries logged as sponsorships or other income.
  • Total Expenses: sum of expense entries.
  • Total Net Revenue: ticket sales plus sponsorships, minus expenses.

Tabs: All, Sponsorships & Donations, Expenses, Discounts & Coupons.

Log expenses

On Expenses, click Add Expense. Fill Expense Name, Amount (PHP), Category (Venue, Marketing, Equipment, Staff, Catering, Transportation, Permits, Insurance, Decorations, Entertainment, Other), Date, Payment Method (Cash, GCash, Bank Transfer), optional Reference Number, Receipt Image, and Notes.

Track sponsorships & donations

On Sponsorships & Donations, click Add Sponsor/Donor (modal: Add Sponsorship or Donation). Fill Sponsor/Donor Name, Amount (PHP), Type (Sponsorship, Donation, Other), Date, Payment Method, optional Reference Number, Receipt/Agreement Image, and Notes. Submit with Add Item. These amounts are added into Total Net Revenue with ticket sales.

Coupon discount impact

The Discounts & Coupons tab lists coupon discounts from completed orders, so you can see what your coupons gave away. It is not subtracted again in Total Net Revenue (ticket sales + sponsorships − expenses), because both ticket-type and coupon discounts are already reflected in Ticket Net Revenue.

Export to Excel

On Evaluation, click Export Excel. The file is `{EventName}_Evaluation_{yyyy-MM-dd}.xlsx` with sheets Summary, Sponsorships & Donations, and Expenses. Summary includes Ticket Sales, Sponsorships & Donations, Total Gross Income, Total Expenses, and Total Net Revenue.

Export attendees / buyers (CSV)

From Transactions (or the Export control on the Dashboard), choose Export All Buyers or Export Checked-In Only. The file is a CSV you can send to finance or the door list.

Event audit log

Open the event card menu and choose Audit Logs. The page subtitle is a paper trail of changes. Columns: When, Who, Action, Change, IP / Device. Empty state: No audit entries yet.
